James and his team at Tidewater are among the best contractor team I have worked with. I hired James on more than a dozen large capital projects and complex interior tenant buildouts because I could trust him to deliver the project according to my high expectations. I answered demanding owners, stakeholders and national companies and Tidewater was diligent in their reporting and never disappointed me with poor communication on budgets, timelines and/or issues during a project. They had an impressive relationship with subcontractors, employees and building inspectors that ensured an efficient and successful project.
